The mind is an often neglected key pillar of healing from chronic illness. We tend to focus on physical aspects of healing like sleep, diet, exercise, supplements and even allopathic medicines, which are usually toxic and harmful to the body.

Our subconscious is really what dictates our behaviour, habits and mood 95% of the time, so all these tools are important elements for creating change. As Einstein is often quoted as saying “We can’t solve problems with the same level of consciousness that created them.” Applying this to healing; whatever caused us to become unwell in the first place, and it’s usually a combination of mental, emotional and physical factors, needs to be changed if we want to get well.
